Cybration,Inc. does not, and cannot, monitor, censor or edit the contents of Users' Video Chat or Quick Messages. Users alone are responsible for the contents of their Video Chat and messages, and the consequences of any such messages. User agrees that it will not use ICUII for chain letters, junk mail, "spamming", or any use of distribution lists to any person who has not given specific permission to be included in such a process. User further agrees not to use ICUII to send any messages or material that are unlawful, harassing, libelous, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene or otherwise objectionable or illegal material of any kind or nature. Cybration Inc. reserves the right to terminate any User's account if it becomes aware and determines, in its sole discretion, that such User is violating any of the foregoing guidelines. It is Cybration, Inc. policy to respect the privacy of its Users, but User agrees that this Agreement does not create a reasonable expectation of privacy in the context of User's communications.

If Cybration,Inc. considerers your actions a flagrant violation or you repeat an offense your License to use the program will be terminated and you will be Blocked Permanently*. This is a conscious attempt by Cybration, Inc. to try to keep the program a family product while offering an alternative place for other users . There is a form available here which can be submitted to request a reconsideration of a Block which occurred due to some misunderstanding. However we reserve the right to refuse to lift the block. Flagrant Violations or repeated violations will result in a permanent block of server access and revocation of your License to use the program.

Terms are for one year from the date of purchase. It includes subsequent updates during that calendar year.

In accordance with the End User Licensing Agreement you are not entitled to a Refund if your behavior causes a Block or Ban.

You will be considered in violation of the Terms of Service, if you do any of the following:

• Pretend to be anyone whom you are not. You may not impersonate another member (including celebrities), or a Cybration employee.
• Attempt to get a password, other account information, or other private information from a member.
• Use the program to display pre-recorded "Tapes" / CD's / DVD's or any other multimedia created outside the ICUII program.
• Use the program for any commercial purposes
  
  Cybration employess are "ADMINS" in the chat servers. They will remove a user from the system with or without warning for behavior deemed to be a violation of the EULA or this TOS.
  Cybration enlists the services of volunteers and they are called MODs.or Moderators. These volunteers have the right to remove users from the respective chat servers for behavior deemed to be disruptive or a violation of the EULA or this TOS.
  
  
• ICUII Moderators will remove a users from a chat lobby without warning for certain behavior they deem as inappropriate.
• Moderators and Admins wil both remove any user that is underage, portraying themselves as underage or someone who's age is in question.
• Cybration will make the determination as to what behavior it deemed inappropriate or disruptive and or offensive.
• Any behavior that is a violation of the law will result in immediate removal from the system.

Please bear in mind that these are only guidelines; there is always a "gray area."
Use your best judgment. Ask yourself if this is something that you would say in a room
full of people you never met, or in the workplace. However, keep in mind that CYBRATION INC. makes the final determination about whether content is objectionable or not, in keeping with the intentions of US Federal Laws and ethical protection of our users.
