If you are seeing this error message when starting iCU2. Please ensure that you are entering the password correctly, for instance:

1: Do not leave any spaces before or after the password

2: Passwords are case sensitive. MYPASSWORD is not the same as MyPassword or mypassword

98/Me/2000/XP Users:
1: Right mouse click on your iCU2 desktop icon
2: Choose "Properties" from the menu that appears
3: Select the button called "Find Target" on the new window that pops up
You should now be in your iCU2 folder
4: Locate and delete the file called icuii.ini (it may only say icuii but is easy to locate as the icon is a notepad with a gold wheel/cog on it)
5: After deleting that file, start iCU2 and you will be asked to re-enter your name/location/comments, etc. Doing this will also reset your logon password.

VISTA USERS:
1: Right mouse click on your iCU2 desktop icon
2: Choose "Open File Location " from the menu that appears. You should now be in your iCU2 folder
3: Locate and delete the file called icuii.ini (it may only say icuii but is easy to locate as the icon is a notepad with a gold wheel/cog on it)
4: At the top of the iCU2 folder, click on "compatibility files" button
5: Locate and delete the file called icuii.ini (it may only say icuii but is easy to locate as the icon is a notepad with a gold wheel/cog on it)
6: After deleting that file, start iCU2 and you will be asked to re-enter your name/location/comments, etc. Doing this will also reset your logon password.

If you choose to set a new password (rather than leave iCU2 with no password), remember that the password is case sensitive. MY PASSWORD is not the same as MyPassword or mypassword
