Report a Violation - Request a Block
Behavior on our services is governed by the License Agreement all users accept at the time or purchase/installation and our Terms of Service. Remember, the more information you can provide and the timelines of the report are of utmost importance to our ability to review the incident and take appropriate action. If proof is not provided regarding the violation reported we will investigate to the extent we are able and take action as necessary.
Submitting this report is voluntary. Failure to provide information requested may prevent effective, or any action being taken. Cybration Inc. does NOT release any information concerning any actions taken when we receive this report. You may or may not be notified by an Administrator that we have received your report. The actions taken thereafter are confidential.
Reporting False Claims:
Cybration Inc. and its administrators take the time to investigate EVERY report submitted. Reporting a false claim will be considered at equal severity of offensive behavior and could potentially result in a block from the iCU2 servers. The protection of our users and guests is a serious matter and can involve Local, State, & Internet Police and FBI.
Proof:
Proof can ideally include screen captures showing the violation and/or a screen capture of the Quick Message Involved also showing the violation*
A forwarded QM of the offense.
A clear reporting of the ID and Nickname/Comments content of the violator.
You can obtain the ID number by right clicking on the name in the directory and looking at Details. If the offense is via QuickMessage, you will find the ID in your QuickMessage Manager.
How to Report a Violation:
A report form of the violation should be submitted as thoroughly as possible (below)
Attach and Include screenshots if any were captured.

If you are having trouble with this process, please contact an Admin within iCU2 or forward the appropriate QM to an Admin or Mod that can help you in reporting. Or submit as much information as possible for our investigation.

To make a copy of the active window, press ALT+PRINT SCREEN.
To copy the entire screen as it appears on your monitor, press PRINT SCREEN.
Note:
To paste the image into a document, click the Edit menu in the document window, and then click Paste.
You can paste this image directly into a html formated e-mail or open a program such as Microsoft Paint and paste it and then save the file.
